The Future Of Tech Deck

Tech Deck recently sat down with Steve James, the owner of Finesse Skateboards, for a new installment of The Skitchin' Insider.

Steve James, who is also part of the Tech Deck team, gives us some info about the new wooden 30mm 7 ply decks,  new bearing wheels, longboards and even Glow-in-the-Dark graphics. You can read about this and much much more by CLICKING HERE!

2011 Tech Deck US Fingerboarding Championships

Tech Deck just released the recap for the 5th and 6th stops on the 2011 Tech Deck US Fingerboarding Championship. With 6 stops down we are getting closer to the championship on September 3rd, 2011 in Long Beach, Long Island, NY.

STOP 5: Atlanta, GA (7/14/11)

STOP 6: Pine Brook, NJ (7/17/11)

Tech Deck Skate & Go Park

New from Tech Deck is the Skate & Go ramp set. This new ramp is really 3 ramps in 1 depending how you fold it up. It also doubles fourths(? LOL) as a caring case. And as always you get a Tech Deck board included.

It appears like this new ramp from Tech Deck has a grind rail, pyramid, a set of up/down kickers and quarter pipe (which can spin 360 degrees, so you can hit it from any angle.) It looks like you can get some good lines going with this you just have to be creative. Like I said before this folds up so there are many options for this 3 foot long park!

Wooden Tech Deck Ramps Preview

It looks like Tech Deck has stepped up their game with the new WOODEN mini ramp and fun box. By now you probably have all seen the wooden Tech Decks in your local Toys-R-Us, Wal-Mart, or wherever but it looks like they have wooden ramps dropping later this year!

Not too much info is released on these at the moment but I can tell you they are made with high quality smooth wood and feature metal coping/rails for grinding. The are said to retail for $29.99 and should be available in the fall. All in all they look promising and I will definitely have to check them out when they get released.
